Parts Supply Chain Group mission is to deliver the right product (service parts, accessories and information) at the right time, through lean integrated logistics, exceeding Customer & Stakeholder expectation, with engaged members realising a sustainable future.
Planning & Control department mission is to deliver planning of warehouse operations in line with just in time principle of Toyota to meet customer demand with minimum cost by proactively confirming logistics change points, also confirming progress of daily operations and taking lead in problem solving to achieve output.
Support in defining a strategy & finalizing an ideal warehouse operations planning & control organization by,
- Clarifying the gap in the current organization & defining the goal & path to achieve the goal.
- Reviewing the current organization structure & proposing a new structure with clearly defined roles & responsibilities.
- Defining new processes & workflows between roles to secure constructive collaboration.
- Redefining the best key performance indicators for each structure & processes in line with new strategy.
- Clarifying the talent profile required & competencies needed at each structure to execute the strategy.
