Team description
Parts Supply Chain Group mission is to deliver the right product (service parts, accessories and information) at the right time, through lean integrated logistics, exceeding Customer & Stakeholder expectation, with engaged members realising a sustainable future.
Planning & Control department mission is to deliver planning of warehouse operations in line with just in time principle of Toyota to meet customer demand with minimum cost by proactively confirming logistics change points, also confirming progress of daily operations and taking lead in problem solving to achieve output.
You will first join the planning & control department as a graduate (18 months minimum) & then transition to a specialist position.
Your responsibilities
- Proactively grasp changing business needs & Logistic change points
- Deliver monthly workforce planning required to secure WH operations
- Collaborate with key stakeholders & secure consensus
- Confirm progress of daily operations & report performance
- Initiative-taking for problem solving by Toyota method & reflect learnings
- Standardize tasks & strive for continuous improvement
