Team/division description
You will be part of Operations Control Division, Operations Management Transportation department.
Our Mission is being a high-performing, engaged, dynamic, skilled, and self-managing Toyota-team, organising and managing international & retail transports to deliver parts and accessories to the regional warehouses and facing dealers, in a cost efficient manner with minimal impact on environment and safety, exceeding our Customers & Stakeholders expectations.
- Your area of responsibility will be our International & Retail (last mile) transport flows of Toyota & Lexus Spare Parts and Accessories
- Your core tasks will be:
- Day-to-day Operational support within our Retail team
- Support of below projects to both International and Retail team:
- BR-T (Business Reform Transformation): support our waste reduction activity within transportation by data-gathering and processing of data through gemba-activities
- Shippeo: analysis of provided data to support introduction of our new container tracking-tool called “Shippeo”
- Study of TPCE pré-parking usage by data-gathering and processing of data through gemba-activities
- Support the introduction of a Ticketing system within Retail for Customer-complaints
- Support with the monthly settlement of transport invoices
