Value Chain Pricing team role is to set competitive prices for both Parts & Accessories while maximising Value Chain profit and k

Your responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for the accurate implementation of the Parts prices, in line with strategic direction.
• He/she works closely with NMSC and different TME departments such as Sales, Parts Management, Accessories Management, Marketing and Logistics to ensure sales success and profitability.

Key activities:

• Daily follow up on NMSC requests
• Special price handling in order to support profitable growth
• Parameter setting for accurate pricing
• Kaizen of the Parts Pricing Operations function
• Preparation for Strategic Price Changes (2-4 times per year)
• Data analysis, margin calculations and financial impact simulations
• Interpreting data, creating recommendations
• Cross-functional alignment and decision making
• Presentations to other teams within TME and NMSC’s on pricing activities
• Back-up function for Accessories Pricing Operations
• Back-up function for NMSC campaigns: evaluations / results monitoring & quarterly reporting

Who are we looking for?

Your profile

• You have an Academic Master’s degree (or equivalent through proven experience)
• You have knowledge of Parts & Accessories pricing
• You have experience with Headquarter & Distributor Parts Pricing Systems
• You are ambitious and willingness to stay longer term in Pricing
• You have broad understanding of the Automotive After Sales market and dynamics
• You have strong analytical skills, figure-minded and passionate about turning big data into hands-on pricing actions
• You have the skills to respond flexibly and agilely to new problems & new situations, fast learner
• You have project management skills (understanding the milestones) with having big picture
• You have good creativity to visualize complicated business matters
• You have good communication skills for cross functional communication
• You are able to think out-of-box and to translate strategic concepts into concrete activities
• You have the Kaizen mentality embracing state-of-the-art technology (automation, …)
• You are a Team Player
• You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
