Join Toyota Manufacturing Europe's Talent Management team as an intern to support HR initiatives. Responsibilities include developing eLearning modules, analyzing survey data, improving internal processes, setting up coaching programs, and enhancing digital tools. Ideal for a final-year Master's student with an interest in HR, data analysis, and digitalization.
As a member of the Talent Management team, you will play an important role in the further growth of TME and unleashing people’s and the organization’s potential. The Talent Management team leads the employee life cycle strategy and overall framework, P&I policy design and governance and acts as a central leader of cross company P&I initiatives.
You will work closely with 2 Senior Specialists, report into the Senior Manager and will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team.
