Parts Supply Chain Group mission is to deliver the right product (service parts, accessories and information) at the right time, through lean integrated logistics, exceeding Customer & Stakeholder expectation, with engaged members realising a sustainable future.

 

These parts arrive from different suppliers or plants all over the world to Diest (Belgium), where they are distributed directly to the final customer or to our Regional Depots/ National sales companies.

 

Our Network structure staffs 1500 Toyota members, we deliver to over 3500 garages and 44 regional warehouses within Europe, Russia and North Africa.

 

You will be part of Parts Supply Division,  Inventory Control & Project team

 

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure appropriate inventory of parts/accessories in TPCE main WH and the regional depots through proper parameters & policies to allow most effective supply to our PSCG customers in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Appropriate daily operations Inventory Analysis ensuring on time availability of parts & accessories considering end customer demand (support function)
  • Perform regular inventory gap analysis and find best method/reporting format
  • Project management on various Inventory control improvement activities leading to Lean inventory (Kaizen mindset)
  • Problem solving with Toyota external and TME internal related divisions on stock abnormalities respecting the Toyota Way.
  • KPI follow up and analysis resulting is action plans to close any potential gap to meet the targets

 

Who are we looking for?

Your profile

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  •  Have a Master in Logistics, Procurement or related discipline
  • You have minimum 5 years’ experience in field of Inventory Management and in leading or being part of a team delivering improvements
  • You have strong project management skills and an eye to identify critical issues, enabling you to work independently as well as in teamwork with customer mindset
  • Problem solver with hands on mentality
  • Attention to detail and enjoys working in an active supply environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good coordination, organisational and communication skills.
  • Handle job with care and precision, in-line with deadlines.
  • Motivated to travel and work at the process (Gemba
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge on Office 365 applications, including PowerBI
