Team/division description

           

Our team GoToMarket – Marketing & Activation is one of the teams in Connected Technologies department in Toyota Motor Europe that aims to provide lifetime connectivity for Toyota and Lexus customers. The main responsibility of the team is creation and implementation of successful GoToMarket strategy for connected services for mobile application and multimedia. This includes marketing communication and training assets development. Our team collaborates strongly internally with Product Owners and externally with local Toyota & Lexus headquarters in Europe in order to effectively introduce the connected products into the markets.

 

Your project

  • Reorganize and centralize all documentation related to connected services projects using stakeholders’ feedback and categorization techniques
  • Develop a process for regular updates and documentation management
  • Create a structured, consolidated source of truth for the entire team
  • Ensure consistent access and ease of navigation for all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders from different countries to gather and analyse documentation needs and training needs
  • Monitor and test the usability of the new system
  • Training Program Development: Collaborate with the Training Academy to develop and schedule training programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with team priorities
  • Benchmark analysis of customer support processes/ tools available in the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) market

Who are we looking for?

Your profile

  • Final year of Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing & Communication, Data Science, Knowledge & Information Management or Information Engineering
  • Very good command of English (TME’s business language), other languages will be an asset
  • Strong Project management: Ability to coordinate between different teams and track documentation needs and statuses as well as prepare surveys
  • Information organization: Strong skills in structuring large amounts of data/documents into an easy-to-access format
  • Interest in and overall knowledge on connected services in automotive industry including mobile applications & in-car multimedia would be an asset
  • Collaboration: Effective communication with various teams to gather and clarify information
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
  • Customer Feedback analysis and integration into process improvements and documentation updates

Hard Skills:

  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) for data tracking and reporting; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI for dashboards (optional)
  • Presentation & Documentation: Expertise in PowerPoint for stakeholder presentations; skilled in creating clear, user-friendly technical documentation and training materials using tools like Canva or Figma will be an asset
  • Collaboration & Tools: Experienced with SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, and other project management platforms
  • Process Optimization: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to streamline workflows will be an asset

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.

 

It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.

 

We can only accept students with an EEA or Swiss citizenship (not requiring a work permit or visa to be eligible to perform an internship in Belgium)
