This basic principle for us is called: “KAIZEN” (“continuous improvement”) and is what guides us in our pursuit of best Quality and the delivery of unparalleled customers satisfaction.

Toyota Motor Europe is a vehicle manufacturer, and together with our 28 European National Marketing and Sales Companies (NMSCs), we are responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable European regulations, including the General Product Safety Directive (2001/95/EC).

Campaign Operation department is a dynamic multicultural and diverse team which is responsible for managing all technical campaigns (Pre-Delivery Corrections, Recalls, Customer Satisfaction Campaign) in the European market starting from preparation and announcement to progress monitor, problem handling, technical consultation and repair quality monitoring.

To strengthen our operations, we are seeking an experienced engineer from the automotive industry who is passionate, open‑minded, collaborative and eager to take on new challenges.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end projects to launch regional campaigns across Europe, developing the appropriate strategy and ensuring all required documentation, approvals, and deliverables are completed for successful execution
  • Conduct vehicle repair trials and validate the accuracy and suitability of repair instructions; implement improvements as needed to ensure technical clarity, feasibility, and effectiveness
  • Launch Campaign Information to the market timely
  • Pursue good interaction and teamwork between adjacent departments to ensure good quality of campaign documents

Following Toyota top‑management’s decision to launch a field campaign, you take full ownership of the process for releasing campaign information in a timely manner to all involved European NMSCs.
