Toyota Motor Europe is looking for a strategic, customer-focused specialist to support the development and execution of its pan-European customer data strategy.
As a Business Customer Specialist you will play a central role in aligning NMSCs with TME’s vision by translating data into actionable customer insights, and by building trust and engagement across multiple entities. This role is crucial in shaping how customer data is leveraged across Europe to improve the customer experience and drive business impact, while ensuring compliance and consistency.
The position includes strong change management responsibilities, from leading the onboarding of NMSCs onto the strategy, to building individual roadmaps that meet both local and European-level goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion and drive adoption of TME’s pan-European customer data strategy across local markets
- Lead onboarding and engagement of NMSCs, building trust and demonstrating the value of shared data initiatives
- Develop roadmaps per NMSC to support alignment, data activation, and business relevance
- Act as a strategic connector across departments (marketing, digital, IT, legal, etc.)
- Ensure customer data is leveraged in a GDPR-compliant and impactful way
- Translate the broader strategy into concrete business outcomes and actionable insights
Your responsibilities
- You identify dependencies between the different product streams (MDM, OneTrust and Customer 360) as part of the Pan E Customer Data strategy and define market specific and midterm roadmaps for implementation, considering the boundaries and capabilities of the individual product streams as well as the dependencies on other local and Pan-E initiatives.
- You support the overall business strategy for customer data related activities by building alliances across the organisation. Key stakeholders reside both on business (Marketing, DXP) as well as on IT&D (Enterprise Architecture, Data & IT Platforms) side. You will take care of internal and external stakeholder management and manage the different expectations regarding product roadmaps and deliverables.
- You act as an ambassador for the Pan E Customer 360 initiatives and proactively onboard NMSCs by leading the use case discussions and engaging with them on customer data related initiatives on Pan E level (CEM, Snowflake, MSD, CDP,…).
- You keep the organization updated on challenges and progress in the different product streams, always in close collaboration with the respective Product Owners.
- You bring structure in the communication towards internal and external stakeholders and provide regular proactive updates on progress and learnings. You set-up and prepare regular meetings to report-out on progress and to identify additional use cases and challenges.
