About this job

Ensure safe and efficient yard operations from pre-parking to trailer departure. Lead pre-parking, parking management, and yard safety while coordinating daily shunting activities with external partners (K&N, GTS). Monitor operational performance through KPIs, audits, and FMDS implementation. Support and track yard operations during major reconstruction projects (“Yard Reborn”). Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives and system enhancements (OTM, YMS, AS400). Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, planning, transport, and safety teams to optimize processes and ensure alignment. Contribute to project management and operational excellence within Site Operations, ensuring high safety standards, efficiency, and service performance across all yard activities.

Team/division description

WH grade under Site Operations. From pre-parking till trailers departure. Pre-parking management and safety, operations of drivers and shunters in the yard, as well as various X-departmental projects on the yard. Preparation of yard reborn. Upcoming big yard reconstruction is to be closely followed during works. Regular audits (driver/shunter, safety patrol, etc)

Who are we looking for?

Your profile

  • Education level & general experience: 

 

3-5 years of operational experience, bachelor degree

 

  • Technical knowledge: 

 

Warehouse operations knowledge

Site Operations knowledge

Logistics knowledge

Excel, PP, PBI

 

  • Breadth of expertise: 

 

Warehouse and Site Operations Ops, Logistics, Project management

 

  • Competencies: 

 

TBP, TPS, 5Cs, FMDS – will be trained
