Supervision and control of the respective warehouse operations as well as solely responsible and independent management of the entire shift. Responsible for the efficient planning and execution of all goods transactions in the warehouse for the smooth supply of parts and accessories to our customer.

 Toyota Parts Centre Austria ensures availability and delivery of parts and accessories for TOYOTA and LEXUS vehicles in Austria. 

 

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Organizing, planning and daily coordinating of employees and equipment in their area of responsibility
  • Timely and proper execution of all physical and system-side processes
  • Ensuring quality and productivity targets
  • Constant review and further development of existing workflows and implementation of the identified optimization potential, taking into account Kaizen planning
  • Elimination of systemic or process-related disruptive factors
  • Day-related coordination and coordination of processes between the warehouse and the forwarding service provider
  • Employee & Equipment Scheduling
  • Responsible for the management of subordinates, taking into account the management principles applicable at Toyota
  • In cooperation with Human Resources, coordination and implementation of necessary personnel measures (e.g. promotion, assessment)
  • Responsible for the creation and evaluation of all necessary information (status information, regular target/actual comparisons, daily reports) from his area of responsibility.
  • Monitoring, compliance and improvement of safety regulations according to UVV as well as Toyota's internal Health & Safety regulations
  • Responsible for order and cleanliness in his area of responsibility (5S)
  • Sole responsibility for the management of the late shift group. Ensuring all necessary workflows in the areas of goods receipt, goods issue as well as inventory and stock transfer actions
  • Advisory function of the management in case of problems that arise, mediation between team leaders and colleagues

Who are we looking for?

Your profile

 

  • You are already a team leader or supervisor
  • You have experience in logistics or production and a good understanding of workflows and process optimizations
  • You have excellent communication skills and can lead meetings, presentations, briefings, and one-on-one meetings
  • You are very good at dealing with challenging situations and have good motivational skills and a positive mood
  • You have good leadership skills and empathy
  • You have good time management skills and are able to manage other people's time accordingly
  • Safety Must and Customer First approach!
  • You know the key principles of Toyota (Toyota Way, TPS)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • German mother tongue level and a very good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken are a must.
