Team/division description
Purchasing Profit Management New Projects members act as profit leaders for new TME projects, steering end‑to‑end sourcing to secure competitive economics and robust governance. Our scope includes: increasing the overall benefit by confirming shared designs early and making bundle sourcing easier across different regions; identifying and carrying out localization opportunities for important CKD parts when there is a clear advantage; and managing sourcing activities in line with project timelines, meeting Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) requirements, and adjusting to cost‑planning targets as they are finalized. Profit leaders track performance via dashboards and structured management reporting, ensuring timely corrective follow‑up with all stakeholders.
