Team/division description
B2C Connected Services team is responsible for providing valuable Connected Services with memorable UX experience for Toyota & Lexus customers via companion mobile Application (MyToyota; Lexus Link+). We are responsible for planning, developing, and managing connected services for our automotive products. This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including R&D, IT, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of connected services.
Mission: Support the transition of Toyota from automobile to a software driven mobility company
Your project
- Conduct market research, subscription benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, willingness‑to‑pay, digital ecosystem expectations, and emerging subscription trends.
- Continuously analyse funnel performance and introduce improvements to reduce churn and improve engagement
- Translate insights into value propositions, use cases, and new subscription opportunities.
- Create Customer Journey, Product Requirements and target User Experience for new Connected Services
- Justify Business case and work with Agile Mobile App Development team to deliver
- Plan Marketing and launch activities for new products and services
