Your responsibilities

Appraisal Cycle

 

  • Assist in organizing and rolling out the annual appraisal process (Grow-Perform-Succeed/GPS), including communications, scheduling, and system [Peoplesoft]
  • Be a window person to the Business Partner team on the process

 

Promotion, PIP, and Demotion Processes

 

  • Support the roll-out of promotion, demotion, and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) processes, ensuring compliance with policy and timely documentation
  • Liaise with Business Partner team to ensure transparency, consistency and fairness

 

International Assignment Planning

 

  • Coordinate international assignment planning, including communication, follow-up and ensuring alignment with our policies

 

Continuous Improvement

 

  • Contribute to the review and improvement of Talent Management processes, policies, and digital tool, with PDCA mindset

Your profile

 For TME Graduate positions we are targeting recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)

 

  • You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
  • You are a career starter (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)
